Do you remember the movie “A Clockwork Orange” by Stanley Kubrick. According to Google statistics: 89% of users liked this movie. We liked it too, and of course, in terms of styling and energy and a whole naughty vision. We also hope you will like our creation as well.
The first stage of our work on creating the exprimere_te collection is always hunting. Traveling through the kilometers of warehouses, moving hundreds of hangers, we look for unique pieces. We touch the materials, check the sewing, we enjoy the colors, cuts and textures. The eye attracts detail in the form of carefully selected buttons or impeccably finished seams. Our expressive pink Kubrick’s jacket is just one such hunted gem. Often, giving new life to second-hand clothes, our designer comes in sharply with scissors, a needle or a machine. This time she did not dare. The original form has remained intact. In fact, the only – but distinct intervention – is our artwork, placed centrally on the back.
He delicate silk used in the creation unquestionably places the jacket among your wardrobe catalog under the SPECIAL TAG. Waisted shape, long narrow sleeves, and fitted shoulders will fully emphasize your figure. The central point is the one-button fastening, which gives us the optical balance of the whole.
A contrast to the elegant and not too wide lapel of the jacket are spacious pockets without flaps. Thanks to this combination of elements, your pink jacket can be worn both casual, unbuttoned with nonchalantly rolled sleeves, as well as in a traditional way – creating a clear evening look. Pink is the color that feels great with clean, clear colors. It is worth starting the game with combinations of two extremely distant colors – black and white, and then as our imagination tells us. Long and short pants, small black pants, snickers or high heels on the legs. There are plenty of possibilities. But remember, however, that these will always only be additions to your KUBRICK JACKET, not the other way around.
And now the graphics. In the aforementioned Kubrick film “A Clockwork Orange”, Alex DeLarge was played by Malcolm McDowell. This is our female version of his screen image. The portrait, originally made with a pencil, was printed on a solid cotton backing and then placed on silk. As usual in the case of exprimere_te clothes, we used this clear, predatory stitch. Thanks to this and a few discreetly placed details, we have obtained a bold, slightly anarchic creation. Your creation.
